Celebrate Your Child’s Birthday with an Art Workshop by Art Lab Amsterdam 🎉🎨

Looking for a creative and unforgettable way to celebrate your child’s birthday? At Art Lab Amsterdam, we host custom-made art workshop parties in the context of the beautiful art space of FactorIJ in IJburg — designed to spark joy, imagination, and creativity!

How it works

You’ll have exclusive use of our inspiring workshop space for 2 hours. During this time, the children will enjoy a 60+ minute art workshop led by an experienced art teacher. The workshop includes:

• A fun creative warm-up game

• A technique-based, educational art project, fully tailored to your child’s dream theme — think unicorns, manga, tigers, outer space, or anything they love!

• A special group painting on canvas as a gift for the birthday child

• An A3 sketchbook for each child to use during the party and take home as a keepsake

• All high-quality art materials included

We also provide lemonade and a cookie for each child. Parents are welcome to bring their own cake or small snacks to enjoy in the workshop space before/after the workshop if pre-arranged with FactorIJ (extra costs may apply). Please visit FactorIj website here for more details.

Practical Info

• For children ages 5years and up!

• €25 per child (no btw) includes all materials and sketchbooks.

• €50 workshop space rental (excl btw)  for 2 hours total.

• Minimum total cost: €300 (up to 10 children) plus space btw.

• For more than 15 children, a second host or assistant may be required: +€50, unless a parent/family member can assist.

• You can arrive 15 minutes before your guests arrive to decorate or set up. This is part of the total rent time.

• You will be asked to stay 15 minutes at the conclusion of the workshop to help tidy up. This is part of the total rent time.

• Non-refundable down payment of 50%

• Rental cost of FactorIJ workshop space will be invoiced separately.
